Cooking Tip

Granny Smith Apples
Any good, solid, apple flesh will work just fine in this recipe. Its really a matter of what you have on hand, or using your favorite apple as the main ingredient.

Cooking Tip

Green Chile
Use a jalapeno pepper, remove the stems, and seeds for mild heat. Leave the seeds in for a hotter salsa. A serrono chili will add considerably more heat, and a habanero will make this salsa smokin hot.
