white fish like halibut, cod, tilapia and grouper.
Ingredients -
1 Ripe Avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
1-1/2 cups Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 tablespoon Minced Jalapeno
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Minced Fesh Cilantro
1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
Preparation:
1. Combine avocado, tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, basil, and garlic.
2. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
