Avocado Salsa

Avocado, tomatoes, red onion, and red bell pepper, flavoered with jalapeno, cilantro, basil and garlic. This is a great salsa for tortilla chips and served on garlic toast. Avocado salsa is great with white fish like halibut, cod, tilapia and grouper.
Ingredients -
 
1 Avocado, seeded, peeled and diced
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, finely diced
1/2 cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, finely diced
1 tablespoon minced Jalapeno
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon minced Cilantro
1 tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1 clove crushed Garlic
 
Preparation:
 

1. Combine avocado, tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, basil, and garlic.

2. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
