Salsa Making Tips -
Green Chile Pepper
Jalapeno or serrano chile peppers are the perfect choice for this dish. Both can be found in the produce section of most supermarkets. The serrano pepper will usually be quite a bit hotter than the jalapeno. Removing and discarding the
seeds and inner membranes from the inside of the pepper will lessen the heat factor. Canned green chilies make a suitable substitute in a pinch.
Salsa Making Tips -
Red Wine Vinegar
Red wine vinegar is made from red wine so the quality of the vinegar is largely dependent on the quality of wine from which it is manufactured. Like balsamic vinegar or extra-virgin
olive oil, having a good red wine vinegar in the pantry will make your finished dishes shine.
