Berry Mango Salsa

Nice tropical fruit salsa perfect for dipping with fresh tortilla chips, or for usa as a side dish to grilled, baked or broiled chicken or seafood.
Ingredients -
 
1 cup Fresh Pineapple, finely diced
½ cup Fresh Mango, finely diced
1 cup Fresh Strawberries, hulled and finely diced
1 tablespoon Crystallized Ginger, minced
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
 
Preparation:
 

1. Combine fresh pinepapple, fresh mango, fresh strawberries, crystallized ginger, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix well.

2. Store in the refrigerator up to two days.
