Ingredients -
2 (15.5 ounces each) cans Black Beans, rinsed
3 tablespoons chopped Pickled Jalapeno Slices
4 cloves Garlic, minced
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Adobo with Pepper
10 ounces package Frozen Corn
1 cup diced Onion
1/2 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
1 Tomato, diced
3 tablespoons minced Cilantro
3 tablespoons Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
Preparation:
1. Combine black beans, pickled jalapeno slices, garlic, olive oil, adobo, frozen corn, onion, red bell pepper, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder and cumin.
2. Cover and chill.
