1 tablespoon Butter
1 Habanero Chili Pepper, peeled, seeded and minced
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries, stemmed and chopped
1/4 cup Maui or Sweet Onion, finely diced
juice of 1 Fresh Lime
1 tablespoon finely chopped Cilantro Leaves
Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground White Pepper, to taste

1. Saute habanero pepper and garlic in butter over low heat in small skillet.
