3 Red-Ripe Tomatoes, cored and chopped 1 Large White Onion, chopped 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped 4 Jalapeño or Serrano Chilies, stemmed and chopped 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro or Flat-Leaf Parsley 1 Fresh Lime, juiced 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
2. Adjust the salt, pepper and sugar, to taste.
3. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
4. Serve at room temperature.
