Greek Salsa

 

Ingredients -

2 cups Diced Peeled Cucumbers
1/2 cup Chopped Red Onions
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Chopped Dill
1 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
1/4 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Add diced cucumbers, chopped red onions, fresh lemon juice, chopped dill, extra-virgin olive oil to serving bowl.

2. Stir to combine.

3. Season with sea salt.

4. Fold in crumbled feta cheese.
