Ingredients -
5 Large Tomatoes, quartered
Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lime
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
6 Green Onions, sliced
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
2 Large Seeded and Chopped Jalapenos
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 shot of 100% Blue Agave Tequila
Part of 1 small can Tomato Juice
Preparation:
1. Add tomatoes, fresh lime juice, bell pepper, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, cumin, tequila, tomato juice. Pulse to a rough chop.
2. Spoon into serving bowl.
