Salsa Making Tips -
Fruit Preserves
The addition of fruit preserves to the salsa add a little extra flavor, some juiciness, and smooth texture. The preserves help to bind the other ingredients together. You can find preserves in your local supermarket or make them at home.
You can use your favorite jelly or jam, if desired.
Salsa Making Tips -
Chile Pepper and Red Onion
This is a great salsa for topping pancakes or French toast. To spice it up a bit add some finely minced jalapeno or serrano pepper and some finely minced red onion. The result is a salsa you can serve on top of grilled white fish or as
a condiment for shrimp or lobster tacos.
