2 Small Mangoes, diced 2 Plum Tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/2 cup Sweet Onion 1 Jalapeno Pepper 1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro Juice of 1 Lime
1. In a medium bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the top and mix well.
3. Allow to stand for 30 minutes before serving.
