Ingredients -
2 Large Oranges, peeled, segmented and diced
1 Large Mango, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup Diced Red Onion
1 Jalapeño Chili Pepper, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons Chopped, Fresh Cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine orange, mango, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt and pepper.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Large ripe mango fruit can be found in stores and specialty produce markets year round. You can also find pre-sliced mango packaged for sale in the frozen foods section.

For hotter or milder salsa adjust the amount of jalapeno used in the recipe. You can also mix a few of the seeds from the jalapeno into the salsa to heat things up a bit.
