Papaya and Mango Salsa

 

Ingredients -

1/2 cup chopped Ripe Mango
1/4 cup Peeled, Seeded & Chopped Papaya
1 tablespoon Finely Chopped Fresh Parsley
2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Celery
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
2 teaspoons Finely Chopped Red Onion
1 teaspoon Freshly Grated Fresh Ginger Root
1 teaspoon Seeded Minced Jalapeno Chile Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, combine chopped ripe mango, chopped papaya, chopped fresh parsley, chopped celery, fresh lime juice, chopped red onion, grated fresh ginger root, and minced jalapeno chile pepper.

2. Mix well.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
