Peach, Nectarine, and Mango Salsa with Red Onion and Chile

 

Ingredients -

2 cups Chopped Fresh Peach
2 cups Diced Fresh Mango
1 cup Chopped Nectarine
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Peeled Ginger Root
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Basil
2 Jalapeno or Serrano Chile Peppers, finely diced
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice

 
Preparation:

1. Add chopped mango, chopped peach, chopped nectarine, minced garlic, chopped fresh ginger, chopped fresh basil, and chopped red onion, and finely diced serrano chilies to serving bowl.

2. Stir in fresh lime juice.

3. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
