1-1/2 cups Finely Chopped Red Onion 3/4 cup Finely Chopped Tomato 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onion 1/4 cup Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil 1 teaspoon Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce 1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper 4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1. In a large plastic bowl, combine the red onion, green onion, tomato, lemon juice, cilantro, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, red pepper and garlic cloves.
2. Mix to blend.
3. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and chill for 2 hours.
