1. Grill or broil halved peppers until charred. Place peppers in paper bag and roll the bag tight to the peppers, so they continue to steam.
2. Rinse and dry peppers. Peel and chop.
3. Combine peppers, green onion, fresh cilantro, limejuice, salt, tomato, and serrano chilies.
4. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
