Salsa de Tequila

 

Ingredients -

2 tablespoons Tequila
2-1/2 cups chopped seeded Roma Tomatoes
1/2 cup thinly sliced Green Onion, including tops
1/3 cup diced Green Bell Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
3 tablespoons chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/4 teaspoonSalt
1 dash of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Lime Juice
1 or 2 Serrano or Jalapeño Chili Peppers, seeded and minced

 
Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, combine the tequila, tomatoes, green onion, bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, lime juice and jalapenos.

2. Mix well to blend.

3. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.

4. Serve with favorite chips or chopped veggies.
