3 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped 3 Green Onions, finely chopped 1/4 cup Coarsely Chopped Fresh Cilantro 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Parsley 1 Jalapeno Pepper, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon Coarse Salt
1. Combine tomatoes, green onions, fresh cilantro, fresh parsley, and jalapeno chili pepper in a small bowl.
2. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
