Salsa Inferno

 

Ingredients -

3/4 cup Diced Zucchini
1/2 cup Cooked Black Beans, rinsed and drained
3/8 cup Finely Chopped Sweet Onion
3 Plum Tomatoes, diced
2-1/2 tablespoons Chopped Pimento
2 tablespoons Chopped Green Onion
2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
6 large Fresh Basil Leaves, finely julienned
1/4 teaspoon Chopped Fresh Thyme
1/2 cup Bottled Italian Dressing
2-1/2 tablespoons Habanero Sauce

 
Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, add the beans, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, green onion, basil, thyme and garlic.

2. Mix well to combine.

3. In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing at Habanero sauce.

4. Pour the mixture over the vegetable/bean mixture.

5. Mix well to combine.

6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
