Southwest Style Herb Salsa

Southwest style salsa with vine-ripened tomatoes, bell pepper, and red onion, fresh cilantro, adobo sauce, fresh tarragon, salt and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients -

4 cups Diced Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, with juices
1 Bell Pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup Minced Red Onion
¼ cup Minced Fresh Cilantro
1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce from canned Chipotle Peppers
1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Tarragon
½ teaspoon Coarse Salt
2 tablespoons High Quality Balsamic Vinegar

 
Preparation:

1. In a large serving bowl, combine vine-ripened tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, fresh cilantro, adobo sauce, fresh tarragon, coarse salt, and balsamic vinegar.

2. Cover and chill in refrigerator 30 minutes or longer.
