Tomatillo Salsa Verde

 

Ingredients -

1 pound Tomatillos, husked, cut into quarters
2 small Serrano Chili Peppers
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
1 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
Coarse Salt
Hot Sauce, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. In a blender, puree the first 7 ingredients.

2. Add the salt and hot sauce, to taste.

3. Serve with tacos, burritos, salmon or favorite crackers.
