Salsa Making Tips -
Tomatoes
Always use ripe tomatoes. Home grown or tomatoes found at your local farmers market are great choices. For juicer salsa, remove stems, quarter and add to food process. Pulse and add to salsa.

Salsa Making Tips -
Fresh Lime Juice
Limes vary in taste and flavor. Too much lime juice can overwhelm the other flavors in this dish. Add lime juice gradually, and taste before adding more.
