Tomato Salsa with Crab and Avocado

 

Ingredients -

4 Vine-Ripened Tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces Crab Meat
4 Jalapeño or Serrano Chile Peppers, finely chopped
1 Large Sweet Maui or Vidalia Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
3 tablespoons Red Wine
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/8 teaspoon Chile Powder
2 Ripe Haas Avocados

 
Preparation:

1. Add all ingredients except avocado to serving bowl. Gently stir to combine.

2. Chill until ready to serve.

3. Dice avocado into small cubes. Fold into salsa.
