1 (10 ounces) can Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, undrained 1 tablespoon seeded and chopped Jalapeno Pepper 1 tablespoon chopped Red Onion 1 tablespoon minced Fresh Cilantro 1 Garlic Clove, minced 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Coarse Salt, to taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste Tortilla Chips
1. Combine all ingredients except for the tortilla chips and mix well to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours before ready to serve.
