Vine-Ripened Tomato and Green Onion Salsa with Jalapeno
Ingredients -
1-1/2 cups Chopped Green Onion
1/2 cup Finely Chopped Celery
1/4 cup Finely Chopped Green Bell Pepper
4 Medium Size Vine-Ripened Tomatoes
1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Mustard Seed
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Jalapeno Chile Pepper, minced, to taste
Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine the green onion, celery, bell pepper, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, salt, coriander, mustard seed, pepper and chile pepper.
